“Great Hotel. Nice lobby with several seating areas. Fitness area is well equipped not a large room but nicely done. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, yogurt, apples and bananas. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. Great location quick walk to restaurants, coffee shop, and DG. Bus around the corner, lyft is very affordable to take to the good hall and Ryman.”

“Excellent location, but the breakfast was terrible The Hayes Street Hotel is a solid choice if you are looking for a place to rest after a long day in this beautiful city. The location is perfect—it’s not right in the middle of the downtown noise, making it a very quiet and peaceful spot. However, its position still allows you to explore new and different areas of Nashville. Everything is within walking distance, and there are great restaurants, supermarkets, and nightclubs nearby. The hotel features a vintage-style decor that makes it quite interesting. Our room was very comfortable, and the beds were excellent; it has everything you need for a few days in the city. The bathroom was okay, but if I could suggest an improvement, replacing the shower curtain with tempered glass would definitely add a touch of luxury to the room. Check-in was easy, and we were very well attended to by a very polite gentleman (a bearded man, possibly Mexican) who provided great service. The bad—if not terrible—part was the breakfast. The breakfast was poor, unappealing, and tasted bad. For such a nice hotel with a large kitchen, the quality was disappointing. We were served old scrambled eggs and greasy sausages that looked like they had been refrigerated and reheated. They also offered bagels, butter, jam, pancakes, coffee, and orange juice, but the overall quality was the worst food I encountered in Nashville. As a fellow hotelier, I have a piece of advice for the manager: improving the quality of your breakfast won't necessarily result in high costs; instead, it will bring more bookings, better reviews, and ultimately more revenue. This hotel deserves a much better breakfast experience. Additionally, while the manager has a large, impressive office, he seemed somewhat egocentric; he didn't even acknowledge us or return a greeting. We recommend this hotel for the stay and the comfort, but if they change the breakfast, it would be the perfect place to sleep.”

“Rooms are good; clean, decent size, good condition ... very good hot water and water pressure. Staff was friendly and courteous. Included breakfast average. My complaint: on a 3 night stay, one of the two elevators was out of service the entire time and the TV had no signal for the entire stay.”

“My experience at the Hayes Street Hotel was a great one! I traveled due to a medical reason at the Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and from the moment I walked in the door the representative at the desk Jordan greeted me with a smile, saw that in my face my situation, and did everything Went above and beyond to accommodate me and make check-in super simple. Staff at the hotel is very welcoming very knowledgeable very friendly. I had interactions with Yen, Matt And George, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again the location is wonderful. The hotel is clean. The continental breakfast is great and the staff is all friendly from housekeeping to management. They are all wonderful. I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.”
